We had a programer start this task and complete parts of it but its not working 100% it still needs some of the task below to be completed, there also might be some other minor changes to make not listed.1) Changing Download Pages http://38.113.114.99/onlinestore/download_links.php?key_id=6d791717544e35c2b65997e4bf7aac02 If there is no manual in /Help folder of each download then there should be no Download button Where manual and help buttons are... Each download is in the folder below /home/mdofpc/public_html/downloads/Downloads 2) This page looks here to see if Help folder exists if so it shows the contents available for download individually as manuals Sometimes the serial will give a error if these characters are used "() it seems to throw off the php, if we can make it so the serial displays no matter what. Also if there is no activation folder than request serial button does not show.3) On this page we want the Free Download Software Tools updated to the latest versions They are all free versions if you can update each to the latest version and show larger icon and then we want to center 5) For support articles at the bottom we want it so the customer can browse through these without leaving this page until they choose the one they want to view also we want a search box so they can search the articles by keywords 6) If no manual exists for download customer can request one by hitting a button, this changes the customers order to customer update and order would have a comment saying "Customer is requesting a manual", also when customer clicks button to make request there is a confirmation that the request has been made on the download page 7) If download has no serial number then customer can request one by hitting a button, this changes the customers order to customer update and the order would have a comment saying " Customer is requsting a serial" so when customers click the button to make the request there is a confirmation of the request shown on the download page 8) If customer is having a problem download then customer can request help by hitting a button, this would allow them to enter a comment saying what they need help with, this would then update the order to customer update status and the order would have the comment the customer made, when the are done makeing comment then download page would show confirmation that there order has been updated and a techician would check into the issue as soon as possible. 9) When download is not available like on the page below we want to change the messages currently displayed http://www.mdofpc.com/onlinestore/download_links.php?key_id=4cec80afda18e648a45889098e2c68e1 10) Have a area where customer can make a comment to submit and it would update there order but leave at its current status, also change current message to " Your order is awaiting payment approval a customer service represenative should be checking into this issue shortly, if you are in a hurry please email for faster processing and to expedite. Please note that on the weekends orders may be processed slower due to light staff.
