I will ONLY pay through this service so do not ask me to send money directly to you. I made that mistake once already and will not repeat it.I will pay up to $750 for this project. It MUST be completed withing 30 days or less. There will be an early completion bonus of $20 a day for each day early that this project is completed. I intend to use a Yahoo web hosting server, which does NOT support Zend.I will likely need webmaster support and web management afterwards and will be willing to use the same company if the price is reasonable.I am looking for a clone of MySpace/Facebook, but with a business directory to add local businesses and professional profiles. It must let people add reviews to each listing. I need to be able to have commercial videos, blogs, etc just like myspace. I am trying to set up a website using Wiki software that will develop into an online community of webpages for both private and commercial use that would be accessible by both normal computers and mobile devices. I want it to be a combination of MySpace, Facebook, Craigslist, Wikipedia, and Craigslist. Users will be able to set up webpages for their businesses or any which are easily found based on their locations (city/state), categories, etc. For example, a user could research all restaurants based on state, city, sometimes the area of a city or other location, cuisine, etc. with a quick click(s). I want it to look similar to http://www.shantom.com/shantom-community/, with some subtle changes.I want it to be for the USA, Canada, Mexico, England, France, Italy, but for it to permit expanding to other countries. The USA must be listed first.I want the users to be permitted to browse the entries without having a user account. A user account would be required to post-entries or manage a web page only.Also, users should be able to easily set up webpages for any company or professional. I want all users to be permitted to alter any web page created by other persons like with Wikipedia, unless the web page is taken private by the company.I want the webmaster to be able to decide whether to let the public make changes to each webpage or whether to allow a company to privatize their pages for a transfer fee and a month fee. I need to be able to set the rates based on category, city, etc. I need PayPal integrated into the web site. I need the system to keep up with when fees are due on private pages and to email the owner/subscriber notice of this and that the page will go public and be subject to a new set-up fee if payment is not made prior to that time.I want to be able to see who initially set up a web page so that I can pay them a small fee for each one that is privatized. There must be someway for users to flag web pages with obscene materials, duplicate pages, etc. for my review. I want to have a list of the top 100 users that have created the most entries monthly and yearly so that I can offer prizes for the most entries. I want this list(s)to be viewable by all users.I would like for the front page to be as clutter-free and simple to use as possible.I would like to be able to post a short video on the front page.I need help developing a logo. I have something in mind, but need a professional to perfect it.Most importantly, the site and webpages must be web/mobi compatible to reach the maximum audience. I have something specific in mind.Whoever receives this project and creates this website may be asked to provided further services by helping manage it.
