Would like a custom PHP-Nuke 8.0 Theme created. 1) Deliverable will include of Header, Footer, Blocks and Center Blocks.2) Deliverable will include source PSD, Fonts and any additional required files.3) Theme will be based on static design I was creating (http://aliasgaming.com/backup/).4) Finished theme should NOT look like a standard PHP-Nuke Website, but almost exactly like my static design.5) Theme will also include custom look for forums.I can provide:PSD files for the logo, Freelancer will need to add border similar to the ones used in the reference design above. Unless, they can create a better border.Please note, the finished product is to look very similar to my static design. I DO NOT want a theme that diverts too far and looks like every other PHP-Nuke website out there. JPGs of logo is included, but PSD will be e-mail to winning bidder.
